Hodavi.xyz offers a standard warranty on select products and services related to wedding planning, event hosting, and other related services. This warranty covers the following:
- Wedding Event Services: Our event planning, coordination, and execution services come with a satisfaction guarantee. We will make every reasonable effort to meet your expectations based on the services described in your contract.
- Products: Any physical products purchased or rented through Hodavi.xyz, including decorations, event equipment, and accessories, are covered by a warranty for defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover issues caused by user negligence, damage, misuse, or accidents that occur after delivery or use.
2. Warranty Period
- Services: The warranty for wedding and event services provided by Hodavi.xyz is valid for 30 days after the event date.
- Products: The warranty for products purchased or rented from Hodavi.xyz is valid for 30 days from the delivery or rental date, unless otherwise stated.
3. Warranty Coverage
- Defects in Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Products damaged after use or through user mishandling are not covered under warranty.
- Service Issues: If our wedding and event services do not meet the agreed-upon terms or were not performed as described in your contract, you must notify us within 7 days after the event for resolution. - Customer-Induced Damage: Any damage to products caused by customer handling, storage, or misuse.
- Natural Wear and Tear: Standard wear and tear or deterioration of materials due to age or prolonged use.
- Third-Party Services: Services or products provided by third parties that are not part of the Hodavi.xyz offerings.
- Force Majeure Events: Natural disasters, strikes, or any other unforeseeable circumstances that affect our ability to provide services or deliver products on time.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product or service is covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:
