3. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at admin@hodavi.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Pays for Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made by us in fulfilling the order.
- Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable: The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy conditions, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order.
