1. Payment Methods

2. Invoice Details
Upon confirming your booking, we will send an invoice to your registered email address. The invoice will include:
- Total amount due
- Breakdown of services chosen (venue, catering, decoration, etc.)
- Payment due date
3. Payment Timeline
- Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding date.
Please note: Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of services or additional fees.
4. Bank Transfer Instructions
If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please use the following details:

Please mention your invoice number in the reference section of the transfer.
Once payment is completed, kindly send a copy of the payment confirmation to admin@hodavi.xyz.
5. PayPal Instructions
- Log in to your PayPal account and send the payment to admin@hodavi.xyz.
- Please reference your invoice number in the payment description.
6. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is received, we will send a confirmation email with the payment receipt and a final service agreement.
